1. Scope

These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) apply to all B2C (Business-to-Consumer) transactions made through our online shop (KKGastro). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Order & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase products from us.
  • The contract is only valid after we confirm your order via email.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed are in EUR (€) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
  • We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Austria: Delivery in 2-5 business days.
  • International shipping is available under special conditions.
  • Customers will be notified via email in case of delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Austrian law applies, and disputes will be handled in Wiener Neustadt court.
